INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS
Lecture hall will be equipped with a data projector linked to computer. PowerPoint software will be installed on the PC. Please do not use MAC file format and make sure to bring your presentation file written on a properly closed CD ROM or USB pen. Please do not bring floppy disk or zip disk. File format is preferred in .ODP (OpenDocument presentation) or .PPT for MS Office. In order to avoid problems and delays while switching laptops between lectures, one PC and one backup computer serve all speakers in lecture hall. Should you prefer to use your own laptop for your lecture, please inform the technician well in advance. All Speakers are advised to hand in their presentations to the technician during one of the breaks, well in advance, preferably a day earlier before your presentation date for checking and loading it to the PC in the lecture hall.
Times allocated for presentations are as follows: Keynote and invited speakers lectures - 45 minutes, Selected talks - 20 minutes. All are inclusive of 5 minutes for questions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Poster boards of 225cm height × 95cm width will be provided together with scotch tape for displaying your posters. Posters will be identified by poster numbers and poster presenters are advised to put up the posters at the earliest. Please note that there will be a prize awarded to the best submitted poster!

- Registration Desk will open on Monday 19th September from 1pm till 7pm and from 8am till 6pm on both Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st September. On the final closing day which will be Thursday 22nd September, registration will be from 8am till 1pm.
- Please kindly collect your Conference Material from the Desk including your name badges which must be woren at all times.
